Registration Information

2007-2008 COLTON YOUTH SOCCER REGISTRATION

COLTON MIDDLE SCHOOL

(Open to boys & girls ages 3 ½ to 17)

**Coaches needed for all age divisions

          WEDNESDAYS (5:30-7:30 P.M.)             SATURDAYS (9:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M)

          May 2, 9,16, 23, 30                                    May 5, 19,

          June 6, 13, 20, 27                                                June 2, 9, 16, 23

          Other registration dates are as follows:  Saturday, May 12^th from 11:00 A.M. to

          2:00 P.M. at Chavez Park and Saturday June 30th through Wednesday, July 4^th

          from 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. at Fireworks Booth (Siquios Mexican Restaurant)

          Failure to registrar on dates as listed above will place your child on a waiting list          with NO GUARANTEES  OF BEING PLACED ON A TEAM!!!!!!!!

          Registration Fees:  Micro to U12 - $50 (plus fundraiser)

                                           U14 to U18     -  $75 (no fundraiser)
